Please include your order number if you have it. If you cannot find it, the email address you ordered with is enough for us to look you up.
How we handle it
We listen first. Tell us what went wrong in your own words. You do not need to fill in a form, take photos, or provide proof before we will help. If we need anything extra, we will ask once, in our first reply.
We respond quickly. Our support team answers every message, usually within one business day.
We resolve it. Depending on what happened, we will send a replacement, exchange your size or colour, refund you in part, or refund you in full. If an item did not work out, you do not need to return it to us before we process your refund in most cases.
We escalate when needed. If our first answer does not resolve things for you, just say so in the same email. A senior member of our team will personally take over your case.
The 90-Day Perfect Fit Guarantee
Every Sistera order is covered for 90 days. If the fit, feel, or performance is not right for you, contact us within 90 days of delivery and we will take care of it.

If you are unhappy with a charge
If you see a charge you do not recognise or believe is wrong, please email us before contacting your bank. We can almost always resolve billing issues within a day, while a bank dispute can take up to 90 days to settle. Either way, you will get your money back if it is owed to you. We would just rather save you the wait.
