All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Times

United States Orders

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days after shipment

International Orders

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or high shipping volume.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Some international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Sistera is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@getsistera.com We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
