90-Day Perfect Fit Guarantee

Getting the right fit is part of getting the right protection. If the size you ordered doesn't fit perfectly, simply contact us within 90 days of receiving your order. Share your order number and the size you need and we will send you a replacement pair completely free of charge. The original pair does not need to be returned.

14-Day Return Policy

Customers may return products within 14 days of receiving their order for a full refund, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or invoice must be provided

Health & Safety — Hygiene Policy

Due to health and hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or worn:

  • Underwear of any kind, including all Sistera products that have been worn or removed from original packaging

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our customer service team immediately at support@getsistera.com We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or refund where applicable.


Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order is refused at delivery, not collected from a collection point, or an incorrect address is provided, a fee of $15 USD will be deducted from the refund amount.


Order Cancellation

We are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed, as our system is integrated with our carrier's automated shipping processes.


Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be applied to your original payment method within 14 business days.
